May Days At NJ Audubon’s Scherman Hoffman Wildlife Sanctuary, Saturday And Sunday, May 1 & 2

BERNARDSVILLE, April 21, 2010 — Question:  Where else in New Jersey can you enjoy a one-of-a-kind outdoor art exhibit based on New Jersey’s endangered species?  And watch as your kids track wildlife using actual radio telemetry? And see live animals of all kinds, once wild, and now carefully handled for your education and enjoyment?  And enjoy entertaining and educational talks by internationally-known nature authors, while your children are right around the corner learning about the same natural phenomenon, at their level? And learn how to identify birds first-hand, with expert naturalists in the field?  And take a break and grab a snack, and sit under a tent to enjoy live outdoor music, and so much more, all in one place?  All with free admission!

Answer:  Only at the Scherman Hoffman Wildlife Sanctuary in Bernardsville at our May Days Celebration on May 1st and 2nd, from 10 am to 4 pm.  We’ll even take you there from our off-site parking area(s) nearby.  It’s that easy.

Visit http://www.njaudubon.org/SectionCenters/SectionScherman/MayDays.aspx or www.njaudbon.org for the schedule and all the most recent information.

As you enter May Days, you will be greeted by NJ Audubon staff at our Welcome Center.  Please then visit our Friends and Neighbors for information on all kinds of local nature activities.  They are listed here:

http://www.njaudubon.org/SectionCenters/SectionScherman/MayDays/Exhibitors.aspx

Bring the little ones, so they can experience nature first-hand on the grounds while they explore the Nature Treasure Hunt, and see live animals, and visit the Children’s Tent, where there will be face-painting, craft-making and story-telling.

Older children will also enjoy the Nature Treasure Hunt and especially the Radio Telemetry Wildlife Tracking Demonstrations, which will take place about every hour and a half.  Please note, there is a limit of 12 children for each of these sessions.

Inside the new Hoffman Center for Conservation and Environmental Education, visit the new Nature Store and “grown-up” presentations, while your children have an educational experience with NJ Audubon’s environmental educators in the Wayrick Gallery around the corner.  Meet the artist, Marcia Poling, whose superb, delicate hand-painted ornaments are best-sellers in many NJ Audubon stores.  And don’t forget a visit to the observation deck where you will be greeted by experts participating in our May Days Big Stay, where they will tally all the bird species they can see or hear from the deck.

Saturday’s presentations include:

•    Don Freiday, Director of Birding Programs, New Jersey Audubon Cape May Bird Observatory, along with Pat Brentano, creator of the outdoor exhibit.

•      Gordon Thomas Ward, author of Ghosts of Central Jersey: Historic Haunts of the Somerset Hills, which is his most recent book of many about NJ nature and natural history

•    Allen Barlow, co-author of the new Field Guide to Dragonflies and Damselflies of New Jersey

•     And, Rick Radis, one of the state’s renowned experts on “ephemeral” plants, and all things natural history in New Jersey.

Sunday’s presentations include:

•    Pete Dunne, internationally acclaimed author on birds, birders and natural history will share some of his insights and experiences over nearly 30 years with NJ Audubon.

•    And Gordon Thomas Ward (see Saturday)

AND…

Early birders can arrive at the off-site parking as early as 7:00 am to participate in guided walks at the sanctuary that include a visit to a bird-banding station.  This opportunity ends at 10 am.

The May Days Basket Raffles offer over 30 items for you to win, just by coming! Three baskets will be raffled each day, with no purchase necessary.  And special thanks to Dolce Basking Ridge, our Silent Auction contributor, for their generous donation of a Romance Weekend Package, valued at $300.

May Days participants are asked to utilize off-site parking nearby.  Only handicapped parking will be available at the Sanctuary.

Please park at the Bedwell Middle and Elementary Schools, 141 Seney Drive, Bernardsville, NJ 07924, 1.4 miles from the Sanctuary. Free shuttle buses will make the rounds to and from the Sanctuary approximately every 10 minutes. Any questions, call the Sanctuary at 908-766-5787.

FROM 287 NORTH or SOUTH: Take exit 30B toward route 202 – Bernardsville

Turn Left at the light and proceed for 1.8 miles to the second traffic light.

Turn Right onto Anderson Hill Road and proceed approximately 5 tenths of a mile.

Turn Right onto Seney Drive and proceed about 3 tenths of a mile.

Look for the MAY DAYS sign and turn right into the school parking lot.

If needed, overflow parking will be available at Harding Plaza, 1200 Mt. Kemble Ave. Harding Township, NJ 07960, which is 1.7 miles from the sanctuary.  Shuttles will arrive every 10 minutes at this location, as well.

Why off-site parking?

There are two great reasons for our off-site parking.  First, our main parking area is going to be busy with information and activities from a variety of organizations.  Second, we are keeping the habitat around the sanctuary safe and healthy for wildlife, and you.  Please think of this minor inconvenience as part of the fun.  And, thanks for coming!! Enjoy!

Book Review: the Way of Jesus Translated by Tony D’souza

Illuminating and discerning book: helpful in Knowing Christ

I come to recognize publishers that publish Books interesting to me, specifically with titles of spiritual and religious topics. William B. Eerdmans Publishing Company of Michigan, USA and Cambridge, United Kingdom is one such publisher. A friend loaned me the book titled, “The Way of Jesus,” I am happy to recommend this anonymous work after reading it. I admit I may have found myself overlooking the title if it had not been brought to my attention. This is a book helpful in knowing Christ and living the Christian life.

The book was originally discovered in Germany in 1516 under the title “Theologia Germanica,” published by Martin Luther. A contemporary style helps with understanding the work, it was translated into the contemporary English by Tony D’Souza, who lives in London, England. The writing contains a certain charm without being difficult to the 21st Century American reader; hence the editing is successful if only containing a whiff of plainness and kind of simplicity. This may be to its credit, after reading the entire book and looking back on it.

You guess this is a mystical work, probably, and you guess right. Written in short segments, one may read it on a daily basis finding time to reflect on each chapter. I read it straight through, so to speak, not reading it as a devotional, but as an instructive and illuminating work on Christ and my relationship and understanding of him in my life. Fortunately, I found this satisfying and illuminating.

The work is an illuminating book, 140 pages and introduces itself on the cover as, “a contemporary edition of a spiritual classic.” Tony D’Souza is noted as “editor,” by the way. Just to be clear on the matter and give proper credit to him.

From the start, the book offers evidence and instruction: “…[O]ur knowledge of God should become so perfect that we see that none of our gifts or will, love or good works come from ourselves but that they all come from God, from whom all good proceeds.” Perhaps you as reader of this review say, “How obvious.” But I recall a situation where I confused my own sense of smallness before God instead of his largeness; instead my posture required an attitude of humility that accepts and acknowledges His goodness and greatness. This is not so large an error, or far from a way to humility, yet to get on a better path to the Way of Jesus this book is helpful in sorting out relationship and truths. There is discernment on its pages.

Again, in the same line, as the author says early in the book, “…[I]t is better that God should be loved, praised, and honored even if we vainly imagine that we love or praise God. This is preferable to God being left unloved, unpraised, and unhonored, because when the vain imagination turns into understanding of truth, then claiming anything for our own will fall away naturally…’Poor fool that I was, I imagined it was me, but all the time it was God.’” Simple, yes, but clarifying and also helpful in bringing the reader to an insight to Christ’s significant and special relationship with mankind (womankind, too, of course.)

It is by degrees and example, by various dictums the writer lets us know something of perspective: “Four Things Are Necessary Before a Person Can Receive Divine Truth and Become Possessed by the Spirit of God.”

Possessed by the spirit of God? I ask, and I wonder. This statement about divine truth is novel to my ears, as are discussions of evil personified by the Devil. Yet as a reviewer I urge you to buy the book to read on and persevere; the reader will find this endeavor of a book both entertaining and also written so that its certain realities are recognizable in our century. Reading a classic work does take some leaps and jumps, especially when written almost 500 years ago.

Christ says blessed are the poor. He means material poverty, and that is common knowledge. But he also says, blessed are the poor in spirit, and the author who is imparting “knowledge,” or a way of knowing, ends a chapter with the promise of his teachings: “Out of this grows that poverty of spirit of which Christ said…” One gets the firm intention of learning something about spiritual poverty by this work, and thereby a humility. To this end, the chapter headings are like aphorisms, such as the chapter just noted: “There is a Deep and True Humility and Poverty of Spirit in a Person Who Shares in the Divinity of God.” I thought these a kind of Zen Koan. But slightly so. More a puzzle made statement than an exercise in special construction. Yet the book is that, too, in its own way.

There you have a sense of the way mystery is constructed by the modern edition, I guess the modern language is true to the original since a noteworthy publisher publishes the book. Here is another “aphorism”, clearer and less puzzling, but a puzzle: “What Sin Is, and How We Must Not Claim Any Good thing for Ourselves, because All Good Belongs to the True Good Alone.”

I was glad to find this book title available through Amazon.com, for I tried searching on it (the title), but could not find the book. I tried a search on the editor, Tony D’Souza, and found the book on Amazon.com. This particular copy, which was loaned to me, was purchased at Grace Cathedral in San Francisco, California (USA) where my friend said she found it by browsing.

I am happy she thought it suited my interests and tastes, and also that I would appreciate something that takes a desire for a special religious flavor of instruction. My Deacon friend practices contemplation in the morning, and knowing my own interest in contemplative prayer is correct in her recognition that contemplatives will find the book, “The Way of Jesus,” helpful in living a Christian life. That is a lot to say about a book, but I am sure if you’ve gotten this far in this review, you have an interest that will make this a work beneficial to your own life, contemplative in leaning or not. This is also a book for the active life in Christ, for it clarifies and instructs on understanding this historic person and God. A helpful book in living a Christian life.

What a Book Can Do for You!

What Being in Author Could Do for You!

When you become an author you instantly gained several advantages to help you promote your practice. I’m not talking about “best seller” or being the next Tom Peters or John Grisham. I’m talking about becoming an author for one purpose and one purpose only that is boosting sales and income.

A Book Gives You Credibility

People ever written Books are perceived as experts. Prospects see your name and face on a book cover and in our culture, you are viewed as credible and as an authority figure. Plain and simple, the more credible you are the more sales you will make. Why? Because people will trust you more.

Let’s say a magazine that your prospects read all the time has an opening for a regular column on your topic. They put the word out that they are looking for possible people to write that column. You think it would be great exposure; and you would be right

They receive several submissions but you submit your proposal all along with a copy of your book on the same topic. Now who would you think will be invited to write a column? Of course, the author will get the gig.

Jean Ann Dorrell is a financial advisor to seniors in Florida. Her market is crowded with competitors. Her book “Protect Yourself; Everything Seniors Need to Know to Avoid Being Taken Financially” gives her a very unique and credible position in her marketplace.

A Book Gives You FREE Advertising

Despite popular opinion to the opposite radio stations, TV shows, magazines, newspapers are looking to give you free publicity. They start every day with an empty page and. They want to give you exposure.

The value of this seems obvious but when you are visible and people see you on TV or hear you on the radio, it helps your business. A book has given me over $5 million of free advertising.

Anita Jackson has been featured on local and national radio and TV because of her book. She uses the book to gain publicity for her coaching program.

A Book Helps You Differentiate Yourself from the Competition

There are thousands of people who offer what you offer. Why should they buy from you? Competition is stiff today!

Imagine this, a real estate agent is making a presentation to the owners of a nice house worth over $2 million. Of course, they will likely interview several agents before granting the listing to one of them. Before leaving our imaginary agent says something like this “Mr. Jones, I know and fully expect you will speak with several agents before making this important decision. Cannot ask you to do just one thing before making that decision? What you’ll need one of the chapters in my book entitled how to find a real estate agent you can trust”, then he autographs a copy of his book for the homeowner. What is just happened to his competition? Obliterated!

Real estate Yogen Dhanik uses a book to differentiate himself in the tough and crowded real estate market of San Francisco.

A Book Helps You Get Referrals

One dead as we know offers his book “The Winning Smile” to his existing patients. He tells them to give a free copy of this book to their friends. In the book itself which he autographs in advance, he offers a free first visit for friends of existing patients. He’s busier than ever before.

Dentist Dr. Anil Agarwal of Chicago uses a book to explode his referral practice in his practice.

A Book Helps You Recruit

Dave O, author of the book “The Millionaire Genius” uses his book to build instant rapport for his direct sales organization. He needs to recruit thousands of agents and his book pre sells him to prospects and gets the whole sales force motivated to introduce him to their friends and prospects.

Major Mohan has tens of thousands of people in his sales organization. They all use his book to recruit and get the word out about his company.

Doctor, Your Medicine Is Killing Me! was written by health and wellness coach Pete Coussa to give him the platform he needed to teach his philosophy of wellbeing.

A Book Opens Doors

Christian Warren wanted to meet CEOs of large enterprises to offer his unique high and Internet architectural services. The problem is that CEOs always referred him down to the IT department. He knew that they Union Bay and approve sales, they would need to sell the CEO eventually, why not bypass all that?

But how could he get in? Well, he writes a book entitled “Running with the Rhinos” a book on leadership. It’s a topic of great interest to his target audience. Now, before making a sales call to the CEO he sends them a copy of this book along with an autographed which includes the following…

Dear Mr. CEO

My mentor told me that I should give my book to the hundred most positive people in this city, I hear you’re one of them. Enjoy the book!

Yours truly,

Christian Warren

The Einstein Complex is being used by Dr. Roger Boger to help him create multiple sources of income.

A Book Attracts Prospects

Instead of cold calling or any other outdated rejection based strategy, why not make the people who are likely to buy your product or service, come directly to you?

How? Do what Rozieta Shaary did. Every week she would advertise her practice with an ad that cost or $1500. She would typically receive 15 to 20 calls every time that ad ran she thought she could do better. After attending our seminar, I I showed her how to write a book and offer it for free in that. The result? She consistently gets 500 phone calls at every three days from the same $1500 ad.

Rozieta Shaary uses her book to boost advertising response.

If you want to become a magnet to prospects… Write out Book!

If you want to boost your income… Write a Book!

If you want to explode your referrals… Write a Book!

If you want to gain celebrity status… Write a Book!

If you want to make your advertising pull a lot more… Write a Book!

If you want to get tons of FREE publicity… Write a Book!

Business and Sales Growth Secrets For 2009

The jury is still out about our current economy. Some say we will be experiencing a mild recession and others say we are on the brink of a depression. It doesn’t matter where you fall in the debate, one thing is certain, business growth is not as easy as it once was.

If you have been reading the news headlines, many CEO’s are focused on cutting costs and laying off employees. This does help short term profitability, however these actions are precisely the wrong strategy to take if you want to grow your company in a bad economy.

CEO’s who want to increase sales, profit margins and drive new business growth in 2009 should consider the following top 5 business growth success secrets.

1. Focus Marketing Dollars on Value Not Brand

Focusing your time and money on “Brand” marketing may increase name recognition however it doesn’t generate revenue. Showing customers what value your product or service provides will generate top line sales revenue. Spend more on marketing campaigns where the customer can experience your products value.

2. Stop Scaring Your New Prospects Away

Most corporate marketing campaigns, websites, sales collateral and sales processes scare customers away. From a customer’s point of view, your company looks and sounds just like your competitors. To be perceived differently and attract new customers you must stop focusing on your product features, functions, quality, customer service and company awards. You should focus more on how you solve your customers business problems.

3. Catch Amnesia

Forget how great you and your business performed last year. The past is the past. This year it’s a new game. The rules have changed and the players are different. What worked last year, will not return the same results. Re-evaluate your industry, competition, marketing strategy, sales strategy and financial management. Implement proven best practice business growth strategies.

4. Keep Score

Measure and monitor your key business growth indicators weekly. How do you know where to improve if you don’t know how you’re performing. For example, what is your customer conversion ratio, tradeshow ROI, closing ratio, marketing ROI, advertising ROI, sales cycle times, new prospect calls per week, deal size by industry, profit by product line, etc.

5. Work On Your Business, Not In It

CEO’s need to pull themselves out of the day to day issues. When times get tough, CEO’s spend more time in the details of the business. By doing this, CEO’s lose sight of what is most important, focusing on how to improve business performance in a changing competitive environment. Delegate or hire outside expertise to handle the day to day challenges. Focus more on strategic priorities.

The Online Game - Pickup Women From The Comfort Of Your Couch

Derek Lamont’s The Online Game is a new book that caters to pickup artists and those who wish to learn how to become pickup artists and the like. Although it would be very easy to dis this book and say that it’s just like all the others on the market or a rehash of the same old lame lines you will find that The Online Game really is a bit different. Yes, of course there will still be pickup lines, of sorts, but you will find that this book comes at the game of picking up women from a fresh new angle.

As the title implies, Derek Lamont’s tactics involve picking up women online. The methods laid out in The Online Game can be used in chat rooms, online dating websites or even more effectively on Facebook and Myspace. The fact that these last two sites are free only adds to the value of the book since nobody wants to pay for online dating when they can meet women for nothing, right?

Derek goes over every aspect of picking up women online and leaves nothing to chance for you. He will tell you how to pick out the perfect profile picture and what to avoid in a profile picture, how to set up your profile and what to leave out of your profile and even what kind of messages to send to hot women to get them to respond to you. His pickup lines are tweaked and rewritten to bring about the desired effect in the most powerful ways. All you have to do is copy his techniques word for word. You won’t have to wonder about what to say or do because it’s all laid out for you in an easy to understand and mindlessly simple format. You will know exactly what to do and say without having to second guess yourself.

The greatest thing about the methods in The Online Game is that you don’t have to deal with the embarrassment of face to face rejection. You don’t have to worry about some girl laughing in your face or taking a drink that you just bought for her and going off with some other guy. Sure there will be rejection and you might even get a snotty message or two from some girls but overall any rejection will be almost unnoticeable and the successes will be more plentiful than you might even have imagined.

In addition to not having to deal with the rejection, you will be doing most of your work from the comfort of your own home. You can easily kick back on the couch with your laptop and search for women that you find attractive in your local area and hit on 40 or more women in a night without even breaking a sweat. Now try doing that at your local bar! No need to shower or shave or worry about wearing the right cologne. You can sit there with a bag of chips while watching trash tv as you line up dates for the weekend.

And when you finally do meet these women there is no need to sweat it out. She is already sold on you! It’s not like starting out as strangers and you’re not going to have to start from square one with these girls. They are already all warmed up and ready to meet you. You are already acquainted and she actually WANTS to meet you! How is that for a change? Chances are you have already gotten a good feel for each other as well as talked about some things online that might take you weeks if not months to discuss if you were dating.

Overall, you should find the methods in Derek Lamont’s The Online Game to be both innovative and refreshing in it’s perspective and effectiveness. The only down side of these methods is that before long every guy out there is going to catch on to these methods which is only going to make it harder for guys like you to really capitalize on them. So, get out there and enjoy picking up women online using the techniques in The Online Game before every guy figures this stuff out!

inspirational books

Spiritual Self Improvement and New Age Parapsychology Books - or Perhaps Mind Body Spirit!

Many people believe that new age books are different from spiritual books, even though there are so many books available that are described as new age spiritual books. If we look at the terms new age and spiritual, we find similarities, where spiritual refers to soul or spirit and new age has been described as ‘of or relating to spiritual and consciousness raising movements’. New age books encompass health, medicine, philosophy, religion and the occult. And yet, the term new age was only coined in recent decades, mainly from the 1970’s. So that begs the question - is there such a thing as a New Age?

Many self improvement so-called new age books (and spiritual books) that have been written over these past few decades are emphatic that we are indeed in a new age spiritual era that is NEW in every aspect to what has come before. However, researching older spiritual books and philosophy books shows that humankind has passed through eras of high enlightenment before - inspirational times of metaphysical and spiritual awareness that equals or surpasses our current times. So is this perhaps not a new age as such, but simply a remembering of metaphysical, esoteric, inspirational parapsychology and spiritual powers that all of us possess but have temporarily forgotten. If this be the case, then perhaps a more apt term would be Mind Body Spirit.

Which brings us to another so-called new age term … parapsychology. New age parapsychology is the study of paranormal phenomena and the term parapsychology comes from the Greek para ‘beside, beyond’ and psychology, derived from the Greek psyche ’soul, mind’. So, here we are back to the spiritual again or, as mentioned above, Mind Body Spirit. And yet, some people still insist that spiritual books, new age books and new age parapsychology are totally separate themes. Perhaps that’s why more and more people are coining the phrase Mind Body Spirit in an attempt to mold these various terms into a more unified category.

If we look more closely at the core messages in the various spiritual books, new age books, metaphysical, esoteric, parapsychology, philosophy and even self improvement books, we often find similarities that are sometimes veiled in different terms that could all be better described as Mind Body Spirit. Yes, even philosophy books, which are essentially the belief or system of beliefs accepted as an authoritative account by a group or philosophy school, have similarities to each other and also to the more recent spiritual new age parapsychology and metaphysical esoteric books. The various philosophy books available today, which are scriptures handed down over many centuries that are the core beliefs of the world’s many religions, also have strong similarities in the original message, although the interpretation of these books over the ages has led to contrasting viewpoints.

Considering the strife that such opposing views of philosophy books over the ages has caused, perhaps this new age of parapsychology, with its metaphysical, esoteric and spiritual messages and books will help break down these old belief systems that have divided humanity for so long, particularly when unified under the more acceptable catch-phrase of Mind Body Spirit. The proliferation of self improvement books alone has brought a spiritual awareness to thousands, if not millions, who seek to grow through better knowing themselves. Old philosophy books are being rewritten in more spiritual new age terminology and marketed under various terms, not only new age and spiritual, but also metaphysical books, esoteric books, new age parapsychology, inspirational books, self improvement and even philosophy books. An increasing number of these books are being grouped, on websites and also in physical Bookstores, under the Mind Body Spirit label.

The overriding influence of these books is inspirational, encouraging readers to delve deeper into themselves to discover their true spiritual nature and it is encouraging to see so many spiritual new age parapsychology (Mind Body Spirit) books coming out in increasing numbers each year. Two such books are listed on http://www.1-inspirational-quote-book.com/ although many readers place them into various categories. They are a mixture of metaphysical, spiritual, esoteric and self improvement books, even though they are based in a sci-fi theme. Above all, they are inspirational, told from the viewpoint of an extra-terrestrial race of Beings who are concerned about the direction we are taking. Regardless of the various viewpoints, they will easily fall into the more generalized Mind Body Spirit category and, overall, the feedback from readers has been fantastic, many of them describing the books as ‘inspirational and thought provoking’. As one reader wrote ”The story slowly engulfed me, drew me in until I was on my own journey. It opened my mind, enticing me to read more. I ask, is this just a novel or a key to our future…?’

Which Book Of John Knowles is Your Favorite?

You don’t have to spend a lot on Books to Find Books you will enjoy reading.  In fact, one way to save money on books is to purchase soft cover editions rather than hard cover.  This can save approximately 50 percent on your book budget while still enabling you to purchase new releases.

Reading frequently is the single best way to sharpen and improve your reading skills.  Some people-including children and teenagers-say they don’t enjoy reading, but the fact is, they simply haven’t found the kinds of books they enjoy reading.  They may also be having some difficulty with reading and, therefore, find it challenging or frustrating.

The thing is, there are books available today about every topic under the sun!  And everyone is interested in something, so the first step to improving your reading skills is to find books about topics that interest you.  This could be gardening, woodworking, hunting, fishing, paranormal events, relationships, self-improvement, history, sports, entertainment, movie stars, or any of a million other subjects.  You might also enjoy reading fiction or made up stories rather than non-fiction books.  The important thing is to browse through lots of different books, flip through them, read the back or inside cover flaps, and select books on topics that interest you.

It’s also important to select books that are written at your reading level.  You can get books on most subjects written in simple, easy-to-read language.  Likewise, you can probably find a book written in technical jargon or high-level language that makes it difficult to understand.  Don’t be afraid to select books that are written in the simpler language and make them easier for you to understand, particularly if you are reading about a topic you are not very familiar with yet.  Reading is about understanding and comprehending, not showing off or pretending to be more sophisticated by selecting books that you think will impress someone.

With that being said, one critical way to sharpen your reading skills is to keep a dictionary handy when you are reading.  Before you actually look up a word that you do not understand or recognize, first read the rest of the sentence, skipping the word you do not know.  In fact, go ahead and read the rest of the paragraph.  Often the rest of the sentence or paragraph will give you clues about what the word means and you may be able to figure out the meaning on your own.  After you think you know what the word means-or if you can’t figure it out from the context of the other text-look up the word in the dictionary.

Ask yourself if the word meant what you thought it meant.  If not, reread the sentence and the paragraph again now that you understand what it means.  This will ensure you comprehend what you are reading.

You don’t want to read too far along in the text if you do not understand a word.  This can cause you to get confused about what you are reading or to lose interest in what you are reading.  Reading should be enjoyable.  The more you read, the better you will develop your reading skills, and the more you will read.  It’s a win-win situation!
